- not a good site

- 18 foot drop, possibly a flood zone

- need to respond to EA as unsuitable

- get NB support

- move library to Aiea Hgts. Drive side

- Ladies to canvas neighborhood this Sunday May 23, 1999.  Inform neighbors

of industrial zone; get them to town meeting.

-     Partner with Bishop Estate or Weinbergs to possibly purchase site

Need to move 'Hub' from Kam Drive Inn site to Aloha Stadium Annex

- Need to show/ prove why site is unsuitable
